Simple Method to Make Kashmiri Kulfi Kebab

1. Wash Chicken and cut it into desired pieces poke it with a fork and keep it aside.

 2. To make cashew paste – soak the cashew nuts in milk for half hr. Later grind it into a smooth paste.

3. In a bowl add all the ingredients – hung curd, cashew paste, thick cream, processed and mozzarella cheese, green chilies, ginger garlic paste, red chili flakes, pepper powder, and salt.

 4. Add chicken pieces to the above marination and marinate for 3 to 4 hours.

5. After the Chicken is marinated take aluminum foil and wrap the chicken pieces like you wrap a chocolate.

6. Put in tandoor for 25 to 30 mins at 200 degrees
