Chicken Tikka Meat Ball
Mince the
chicken tikka. Add chop onion, and green chili, and mix well. Fill the cheese
inside the ball and deep fry the same. Take the Makhani gravy season it
properly, and add in the cream, kasuri methi, salt, and garam masala. Cook for
about a minute. Mix in the honey little by little while adjusting the balance
of sweet and tangy. Mix everything properly. Drop the meatballs, cover the pan,
and simmer on a low flame for another 5 minutes. Turn off the flame and
transfer to a serving dish. Garnish with coriander leaves and fresh cream. Your
Chicken Meatballs in A Makhani Gravy are ready to be served. Garnish with
makhana.
